Minor Surgery Tomorrow

Hi, all - I'm asking for good thoughts and prayers for my sinus surgery tomorrow. It seems I have a "slightly higher" risk for complications based on my CT Scan. There's an increased possibility for a tumor behind the "amazing" mass in my right sinus cavities, as well as eye and even brain injury because of a lack of a "wall" (I'm assuming of cartilage) between my left eye and nose.

I'm feeling pretty secure. My doctor says it's a very, very slight increase, but they have to tell you all the possibilities. Still - prayer and good thoughts are appreciated!

Because of the surgery, I might be AWL for a couple days, so don't be overly concerned if ya'll don't hear from me until Saturday.

Aside from not being able to sleep for more than a few hours at a time (I've been up twice since going to bed), some expected congestion and pressure and being groggy from the meds, I'm doing pretty well. Now I get some much needed down time.

There's a doll meet tomorrow and with any luck I'll be able to go to it for a couple of hours, anyway. Hubby has already promised to take me if I feel up to it!
