Wheee!!!!! Just received my lot of Mattel Fashionista Ken dolls that I wanted for their bodies to use for my 12 Disney Prince dolls!!!!! Now, they'll finally look decent with taller, thinner, more manly bodies!!!!!

Music. You kids on my lawn have no idea what it was like before digital downloads when you had to go to a brick and mortar store and buy a whole CD if you just wanted one song. Having to look someone in the eye and publicly admit you want a copy of The Lion Sleeps Tonight by *NSYNC while making some excuse about it being for your little sister.

We also get to buy ourselves a bottom radiator hose.

*Did I say radiator hose? We get to buy a new water pump for a 1992 car!

Since my Angelique doll didn't work out, I sent her back and then used the returned money to buy a couple things at the Wilde Imagination Virtual Factory Sale. I'm getting an Amelia Thimble doll and a new Ellowyne outfit called May Day. The outfit is a short white lace dress. They should be delivered tomorrow.

I recently found out a long-time cyber pal had passed away, so I'm going to name the Amelia after her and one of my sisters since they share the same name. However, I will usually refer to her as the screen name of my cyberpal.

ETA: Package arrived and found my Amelia's wig won't stay on. Velcro isn't glued on properly. Crap! I emailed them to see what to use to glue her Velcro back on her head to hold it in place.

Ordered two pairs of glass doll eyes...! At least... I think they're ordered... I sent the payment but haven't gotten a final confirmation reply in my email so guess I'll just get a surprise when the eyes arrive. o_O

Fuh, I hope they fit well enough. D'x I got ones with low domes as it's easier to get the eyes to fit more snugly without a huge gaping hole appearing at certain angles. Too bad that detracts from the depth in color, though. Mur...

I bought Comrade the Parabox Joshua head I wanted. I also bought him eyes, but those aren't ready yet. Hubby wants me to wait until I have his eyes before I put his new head on. They're brown eyes being custom made. I'll do his faceup soon.

I have a new doll arriving today that I will be filming a box opening for, but in the mean time I'm trying to figure out how to kill about 3 hours so I don't just pace while waiting for the mail man.

I bought ebook versions of A Song of Ice and Fire for my nook, they were on sale! All five of them! ...There's only five, right? Maybe now I'll actually read them. I figure it's easier to keep reading them if I can just pull them up on my phone...I tried reading the first one in college and stalled out which is weird cause that sort of thing seems like my thing, but anyway.

I also got tickets to the current live tour of Welcome to Night Vale this spring! I'd been aware of the series for ages but I only started listening to it a few days ago. I listened to the entire series in a ridiculous amount of time, driving my family crazy as I did because I couldn't stop giggling. Technically my mom bought the tickets for my birthday, they're coming here two days after.

The ebook thing might help! I love the show, and typically love a sweeping fantasy epic novel series, but the constant POV switching drove me bonkers! Just as I would be getting interested in what was going on it would switch to a completely different person.
