It looks like it's for the old sleep eye composition dolls from the mid 20th century not these new American Girl body types. Can't say if we still have ours but I know we had two different sizes and one could have easily been 18".

I think DollyKim is right, that looks like the Madame Alexander and similar 18" fashion dolls. And I have stolen clothes for Hazel from some of them!

I guess I'll just have to make a test piece and see what it comes out as. If we're lucky, my Miss Revlon might just get some nice new dresses when she finally finds her way to Oregon.
