Would an MSD resin head work on Obitsu 50? As to my knowledge 50s fit some MSD clothes (funilly enough the MSD I'd be thinking of hybrid-ing is a Shoyo)

Probably.
Most heads in the 7-8 wig size will fit the Obitsu 50cm. As always, it is up to each individual's tastes as to how appropriately proportioned any head looks.

Obitsu white skin is a pale yellowy-pinky colour, the Fairyland beauty white is white (not quite paper white - it reminds me a bit of lanacane cream )

I think obitsu "white' is a bit of a misnomer. It's just a more pale NS as you can see.

That'd be because it is the Hujoo chicaloca head

I suspect the method K2 posted for putting a resin head on an Obitsu would work better than my method, which requires a wig covering the back of the head
