PNW Expo 2015 (Sci fi and frills!)

So we went again this year to the PNW Expo in WA. I didn't get too many shots of the actual convention, but did get the contest entries and one of the company tables! This year it was sci fi themed so ufos, ewoks, angels and Tardis's (tardi? is there a plural) abound.
First up, scenery entries. Some were set up scenes, and some were meant for you to put your doll inside of.

(A fairly large and creative moon base, but I gotta admit I love that glowing junk robot on the top the most)
And with the photo op scenes, your doll could visit Endor...

And then there were costumes. They took the sci fi theme and did some creative stuff, from straight up cosplay to couture style and a few puns too.

I had to get a second shot of her. This was the winner for costumes, and incredibly well done. I actually got the chance to see the real movie costume the day before in Seattle and this was so spot on it was amazing. Plus you can see the little Dalek girl I missed on my way around.

I did manage some shots of Dollmore's display, as much of it that wasn't surrounded by eager customers. I think they stole the show a little bit, and its easy to see why. Plus they had brought along several boxes of clothing and accessories for very reasonable prices.

Such lovely lovely girls, a pile of super tinies at the bottom, and a conspicuous empty spot that I had nothing to do with, I swear >.>;

Lovely huge Lusions! Lou fell in love with the tattooed lady, though a much MUCH larger bit of resin is what really caught his eye (but that's something for another time). Also a lovely Zinna I almost went home with.

I had no idea these were so cute in person. They're just a tad larger than a Pullip and come in both ABS and resin.

Goog's Chloe and my Mikhi went for a bit of a photo shoot at this point...

Mikhi is sort of a terrible poser


Chloe narrowly escapes thanks to not having actual eyelids

They attempt to relax, one with more success than the other


And Chloe goes on an adventure. This thing was big enough for a Dollmore Trinity to fit in, I know because someone actually did so.

Oh hush you good-posing scamp.
