BANDAI S.H. Figuarts "BODY CHAN" Female-type

Postby Tasuke » Sun Nov 05, 2017 3:21 pm

i've had my eye on these for a while now, figuring that i might adapt my Figma Mikuru Asahina to one, and make myself the smallest Character Doll i've yet owned.

i've managed to figure a way to mate her head to the body; not an easy feat, and not reversible either; be warned.

anyhow, what's done is done. let's see just how small a set of Lingerie i can manage to make her, and, if successful there, perhaps an entire tiny outfit as well.

one way or the other, this will be a challenge; she's half the scale of my 1/6 OBITSU girls,
and less than half of their height!!

She's a doll for your dolls or she's a little person.

indeed!! bigger than a VOLKS Dollfie, by my girls' 1/6 scale,
more like one of those half-size 1/2 scale dolls you don't see much of outside Japan...

As a just barely above little person my 70cm boys count as 1/2 scale to me.

I've been curious about those myself. Would you take a photo of her next to a regular Obitsu 1/6? I'd like to see the comparison :)

I have seen some reviews where the Body Chan and Kun can literally disarm themselves so be careful. I wish they were a bit more economical because it's an adorable size.

i'm pretty gentle with her, as i am with my Figma and 1/6 OBITSU girls.

looks like you can get one for a much better price
than the $54.95 i paid for mine at BARNES AND NOBLE;

Too bad they aren't cheaper by the dozen, I need about that many new bodies.

Are you thinking of making miniature versions of some of your other dolls' outfits for her?
