Hujoo Question

Postby LauraJ » Mon Feb 04, 2019 3:39 pm

For some reason, the Junky Spot Forums are not working, and I was hoping to find a set of pictures I saw there where someone fixed the arms of a Hujoo Dana by cutting the arms off.

Anyone out here know about those pics?

Thanks in advance.

The Junky Spot forums stopped working years ago. That is why Greyhaunt started this one.

I think what they had done was cut the arm just beneath the shoulder joint to add another point of rotation to the arm. I can't remember how they kept it into alignment with the elastic tension. I think they had cut it in a place where the post for the gear-style shoulder joint could add some stability once re-inserted.
Honestly it's been so long thou since reading that the specifics are lost on me.
