I have never completely opened this set. It has lots of little pieces that I would worry about losing or breaking. This is probably the rarest doll or toy item I own.It is not "valuable" from a monetary perspective (because nobody collects Pinky Street anymore), but it is uncommon and would be difficult to replace.

One day, when I have space and time and a halfway decent house to live in, I will open this set up and display it properly in a curio cabinet.
