Davidd, here is the list of some of the stuff I used.
The metal feet you can buy at Hobby Lobby, Michaels, or Jo Ann Fabric. They should be in the scrap booking stuff. The small word trim you can get at Home D. or Menards. The spray paint is Rust-oleum Satin Vintage Teal with a light coat of FolkArt 660 Metallic Pure Gold acrylic paint that I put on and lightly rubbed off. The reapplied in some spots. The red spray paint is Krylon Gloss Cherry Red with a light wash of Americana Dk Chocolate acrylic paint. I brush this on and wiped off. The pictures on the side of the box and inside I got off the internet. I aged them using a light wash of Americana Dk Chocolate acrylic paint. The mini light you can get at Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Jo Ann Fabric, Walmart, eBay. etc. The box is about 14" height without the legs and about 5" wide. The thin acrylic plexiglass you can get a sheet from Home D. and cut them down. The corner plastic strips I had to get from my local hobby store. You can also order them on line. The beaded fringe you can get from Jo Ann fabric. The box is made of 1/4" MDF board. You can get that at Home D. On the top which you can't see in the pic, is a metal decoration. You can also get them out of wood which is easier to glue down. I only got the metal one since it was on clearance. I painted to look like the legs. The cards I got off the internet. The candle and crystal ball I got form Michaels. The doll is Disney Esmeralda that I put her on a upper jointed body body. The legs are not joint because she just needs to stand. I blush the body to match the face. She is standing with some help from a stand inside the box. The stand I got off of eBay. It only goes up to her knees. The dress is off of a Halloween Barbie. The necklaces I made. The hat is from Madam LaVinia Barbie. The metal slot is for the jewelry section at Hobby Lobby. I started out as a metal keyhole that I did a slight mod to using Apoxie S. Then I painting it using FolkArt 660 Metallic Pure Gold acrylic paint. The black fabric I used for the curtains is a thin stretchy jersey material that I got off of an old shirt. You can probably pick up the fabric at Jo Anns. I used velcro to stick the curtains up and clear sticky tack to stick the cards, candle and crystal ball. I glued little beads to her fingers so that they look like rings.
If you have any other question please let me know.
