Do other residents ever venture in while you are setting up your photos? If so, how do they react? Does everybody in the building already know about "the photographer guy" and it's no big deal? Or do they look at you askance, then grab their children by the hands and usher them quickly away?

I think KC said before he goes out really early or really late to take pics, so he doesn’t run into a lot of residents, right?

Stormlight is right, lots of late night shoots, preferably on weekday nights (mornings). The shoots in the roof top lounge had to be done before 10PM when it closes.
I've only had a couple of encounters with other residents. Most don't say anything. A confident "Good evening" is usually all that's required, or an "Excuse us" if the girls are blocking the way. Most people seemed more wrapped up in what they're doing and don't want to stop and talk, except the security guards. I've had brief chats with a couple of them about what was going on.
