Tam is she. Grumpy old she.
I am Tam. Tam I am. I like green eggs, but I don't like ham. :D

I tried linking one of my adopted click pets here, but the board wouldn't let me. :/

If you are shopping for a trailer, figure out if your stuff will fit in a fully enclosed horse trailer. Out here they are often cheaper than cargo trailers, and they are easier to tow. This is what we bought to move some of my parents' furniture and art when they cut back and gave them to us.

Bonus: you will already be halfway to horse-poor if you decide to get a four legged money pit! J/K - you're too smart to fall for those limpid eyes.

A horse trailer I shall consider!
And we already had a 15 whatever tall horse at the last house until my sister stopped taking care of her and she went to a better home but that’s another post.

It's also very easy to resell a horse trailer for almost if not exactly what you paid for it.

In our case, our contractor saw it, and asked if we'd sell it to him, because he does barrel racing. We broke exactly even, meaning the move only cost us the extra gas.

To add to the grrr it looks like the amount of money I can earn that doesn’t count towards my income could be going up but the things I’d be selling like dolls and artwork are two states away

Regarding the SSI Restoration Act of 2021, everyone, please consider contacting your representatives and senators and telling them you want them to support this bill. The changes are sweeping and have been a long time coming! There haven't been any significant positive changed made to SSI and SSDI benefits since the 70s.

Please do, no matter how much my bills go up all I get is a “cost of living” increase which is flat across the board and never takes into account where you live, average cost for things, or even giving disabled people the equivalent of minimum wage. And unless there’s a decent amount you can earn doing whatever legally that won’t affect your benefits if you have a sudden expense that an able working person could just do overtime or a side job for you’re out of luck.

The change of address has been put in, I have a new zip code to learn. The new landlord was nice enough to let us do that early.
