In the USA the Hobby Lobby store carries many of the clays you mentioned, Apoxie Sculpt, along with mold making, cosplay, and model making and painting supplies. This is where I found remelting plastic for mold making and Japanese import clays. They carry some curly and strait doll hair, think the old Darice stuff, suitable for basic and beginning rerooting.

Michaels has a moderate selection of clay, making, and casting supplies but no hair.

Joann has a limited selection of polymer clay, some basic air dry and casting, and occasionally a basic strait doll hair that is super soft.

If you are serious about polymer clay get a dedicated oven for it, never bake styrofoam.

If your air dry clay has dried out put it in an airtight bag or container and add a bit of clean water at a time until it's workable again.

I actually do have a clay oven! I actually bought a replacement baking pan for an Easy Bake Oven to use in it because it fits almost perfectly, and it was way sturdier than the tray I made from aluminum foil. (I definitely didn't almost melt a hole in a table by having a piece fall out of the flimsy aluminum tray I made, nope, not me.)
