Cloud & Zack AC 27cm Volks Dolls

Hi Min'na sama!!

A few months ago, my sis and I made a set of 'Cloud and Zack' 27cm dollfie for a commission. They're using the Volks Neo Goh Guy bodies, and NGG03-heads. Both were rerooted by the talented Warrior-san!

Wow -- great job! Those game characters can be HARD to do, between the wild hair styles and the complex costumes (muttering about character designers who use ZIPPERS as a decorative element...).

They really look exactly like the characters!

I'm sooooo happy you really like them and think they look like the characters! YAY!!!!!! They were pretty difficult to make---their hairstyles are crazy but yet, not too crazy, so that was a fine balance. And the clothing------so many zippers and buckles!!!!! My sister wired Cloud's 'apron skirt thing' so that it would stay in that 'wind blown' pose he's got.

I made Cloud's sword from apoxy and Composimold. (I bought the 8" figure to get his sword.) Then, I put it into the Composimold, made a mold of the lower end. When that was completed, I took the apoxy sword piece and the full plastic sword, placed them together, fitted, on a new mold to make a 'longer' 11" sized sword. It worked out pretty well. ^^ He had such a unique sword, I wanted to make it as accurate as possible.

Thanks for liking them and their clothing!!!!!! I'm glad you think they look just like the characters!!! That means a lot to me!

Awesome job. They are both great. I love Final Fantasy, though I haven't played it in years. Seeing these boys makes my want to play again. i remember spending hours upon hours playing FFVII.
