Yet another Pennsylvanian

Howdy!!
I'm a newbie to the doll hobby. I thought it polite to say hi before I started badgering with a billion questions.
I'm actually a rather unlikely candidate for being in this hobby, as I've never been fond of dolls. What ones I had when I was a child were locked in a toy box every night with heavy objects on top, so they couldn't get out and kill me in my sleep.
I recently discovered abjd's and fell in love. When I heard that they were easily customizable I did a Homer Simpson gargling drool. My first girl arrived a couple of weeks ago and I love her. She will be getting a friend shortly. It's a rule that you have to have more than one, right?
So, yeah, anyways....hi!

LOL - more than one isn't necessarily a rule - but it is an inevitablilty. As we often say they are like potato chips, you can't have just one! I started out with one, now look at my signature line O.O;

Be sure to take photos and show us your new doll progress - and don't be afraid of questions we delight in answering them!

Yay, more new friends! Welcome!
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.
