New face up : RS Mu

Postby absynthe1972 » Sat Feb 26, 2011 8:20 pm

I spent the majority of the day cleaning, sneezing, and dealing with an allergy migraine. So after I got at least the bedroom clean and my closet cleaned out, I sat down with my Puck. It's about time that I gave him his face. My husband kept telling me that the default face up was too metro. (Well, hellooooo honey. BUY ME AN UNLCE DOLL! I think that my husband is afraid of what I'd do with the dolls and the man bits. :o )

So, at least Puck has now passed my husband's critique of being not too terribly effeminate :

Now my husband is complaining he looks too evil. I've already packed the horns up in their bubble wrap. *shakes head* For a man who refuses to help me with the resin kids, he's awfully durn picky. Meh. I like my Puck's new face anyway....and I finally broke down and wired his legs. Next is getting some moleskin to suede his shoulder sockets and waist joint. I'm hoping that we'll get out tomorrow so I can get some.
My what big EYES you have!

Looks good, although the pic's a tad blurry. Maybe you could shoot him outdoors?
Indoor lighting wrecks havoc on pictures, unless your house has plenty of natural lighting (or you build a lightbox/use special lighting lamps)
