Chibi Chan!

Postby Hippolyta » Wed Apr 14, 2010 3:10 pm

I bought these three Takara Licca dolls - I think they're the nursery companions of Licca-Chan's younger twin sisters. I bought them for the purpose of being chibi younger versions of some of my 1/6 dolls for purpose of childhood flashbacks when I do their photostories! I do think they're pretty chibi!

we got my daughter that little boy and a little girl and a baby licca kids for christmas, we got her the prince & princess outfits for the little boy and same size girl and their kindergarden playset (we had to buy the display it was the only one left)lol. she loves them, very cute dolls so chubby. Apparently they are supposed to be 4-5yrs old except the baby which looks more like 2-3 she is shorter fatter and has kinda turned in feet and shorter hair.

apparently 2010 will bring some of the normal sized girls with pink hair so we have to check whenever we go to the mall to see when they get them. she loves pink.

her older sister loves getting the outfit packs for her obitsu's/volks girls and she uses some of them on her dz luna and her yo girl. as some of the outfits are knit and strechy and ironically some of the shoes are chunky and bigger.

AmberRose I wish they sold Takara playsets here in the uk - I always have to buy their stuff online. The kindergarten set sounds adorable!

Thanks Dark Angel

Susan you know how much I love doing flashbacks in my stories!

Yeah, My oldest daughter uded to look at the dolls on ebay only , but when we moved to Costa Rica there is a store at the mail Mall that sells tons on Takara dolls, clothes and playsets so it was nice, for christmas since both girls love them. ironically as far as barbie is concerned you can find dolls but not clothing, only clothing packs are at other stores and they're generic clothing packs not mattel.
