I have to keep myself from running to every Spectra possible store for miles around, it won't solve anything even if I do find her, because I'm trying to tame that urge inside of me. Right now my anxiety wants Spectra, last night it freaked out there was something wrong with my dolls, tomorrow it will be something else until this is over.

We should know tomorrow if this house passes inspection, and we close in early August, or search yet again. Buying a doll won't really make me feel better about any of it.

I don't know what to do with the Liv dolls afterwards, I don't want them but I don't want to pay $8 for that outfit.

I give them away to my niece, or update barbies with them usually.

They're also good as manikins! I just make a clay base around their feet and sew around them!

Time to make a "parts box". If you have the space put unwanted bodies away for storage, there will be something that will come up where for a trade or experiment you'll want a spare body. Livs are pretty decent, and I can agree with upgrading as the only other choice fashion doll wise fight now is a Barbie Swappin' Styles. I ended up with my first Liv because she had drums and I have drummers.

I'm giving up an active search for Spectra and leaving the finding of one to the doll spirits. I need to go "crazy" about something with a guaranteed end like Moebius knitting.

The inspector went out on the 3rd house that accepted our offer so we wait to hear the result. Of course now there's wiring and an under sink leak to worry about This is why I don't think in the least bit how I want to decorate my perspective space. Got to remember not to worry about something I don't have, not a place to go back to.
