I finally saved up enough for a really nice shiny device and somehow smother screwed up her unemployment which means I get to pay the water bill and everything else and if I get any money back it will be at $5 at a time. It's like with the Xmas babies promotion but I had to pay for car bills. (don't tell me I can buy them not the point) So I'll be feeling a bit House grumpy.

On the good side I managed to share my Who dolls at an official Who site and they're getting good reviews

I suppose this is a suck for a few people GET THE F*** OFF YOUR PHONE! Moment of the day, 18 year old on her phone in and SUV smacks in to a guy in a power chair at our corner. And it's only her second accident. My sister was filming the puppy in the front yard and caught the sound of her not even stopping at the corner. She did stick around for the cops.

Didn't help the freeway was closed because of a cow spill so traffic was heavy on one of the streets. Keep thinking what if she hit one of the kids coming or going to the Boys and Girls Club up the street?

The guy in the chair might have a broken arm, he's a large man and the chair took most of it, he went to the hospital and the chair is waiting for him in our yard. The SUV managed to push it out in to a traffic lane. My sister gave a copy of the movie clip to the cops.

*And for the real suck, I broke my Jimmy Page Final straw in the unhappiness with the latest batch from the Head Cabinet so I put them in the box for doll burning day in October, if I don't have one sooner, and decided to start over with my 16 Beatles and Julian, Bee Gees without Andy, Who, and Zep. This batch will go slower with the intent to be able to copy and sell so less spaghetti hair etc. I must and know I can do better. Read the Carving Humans book again and got recharged on how to do it.

Well the 18 year old is probably going to end up with a lawsuit. Depending on your state, she may end up in jail. There are a LOT of states with anti-cell-driving laws now.

I'm in California where you shouldn't even use a white people distraction device on a bicycle, and she lives down the street so word is she might not have had a valid license either. Then again this is the same city that paid people to cut our phone lines because obviously no one lives in our house, or the new development across the street because their fiber optic cable is dangling above our iron fence. Fiber optic cables can't zap you, can they?

Okay, I'm pissed. I sold a couple of pine wood cabinets via Ebay at 99 cents each and the buyer, who has all of 13 total feedbacks, left me two wordless neutral feedbacks that now ruin my perfect score! This person never contacted me with a problem at all. I mean, come on - $0.99 each!!

And since sellers can only give buyers positive feedback, she's not getting any from me at all. What is the incentive to individual sellers when someone can come in a screw up the seller's feedback?

I recently started selling again after being away for a couple years due to having my previous account hacked, ruined and losing over 300 positive feedbacks.

I might buy through Ebay, but my days of selling on it are done.

Normally I try not to bitch to much, but, damn it, I'm mad. So I got my grades back for this semester. One A, Two B's, and one C. The A and B's were fine, but the C was in a class I should have a B in. It's because the stupid professor REALLY didn't like me. Now I'm not one to whine about the teacher hating me, but I calculated all my grades and I should have an A in the course. I took my grade down one letter because of to many absences. So it should be a B.

On to more ranting....stupid Prof. considers himself an "artist" not a teacher. He's an egotestial jerk that couldn't stand the fact I didn't fully buy into his touchy, feely, writing experiement. I'm sorry I don't think it's your business whether or not I bare my souls deepest darkest secrets. It's none of your damn business!!! So now I have a C and I can't do a damn thing about it because he said that the grade is subjective to what he believes we deserve. ASS WIPE!!!!

Sorry about the rant...just had to vent. College can just be a bitch when your graded on a popularity contest and not your hard work.

Last week on sunday I couldn't shower because the sewer backed up into my bathtub so I had to spend a ton of time scrubbing/disinfecting it before I could go to work that monday.

THIS Sunday I couldn't shower because the hot water supply for the complex was broke and they CLAIM they couldn't get a plumber to come out and guarantee repair until today. Cold water hair washing is NOT a pleasant experience....now I know why they didn't bathe much in the days before hot water heaters....
