Emory found me one of the OLD DZ cats that have been discontinued (one with open eyes and an Egyptian getup). I've been kicking myself for not getting one because I like them so much more than the new ones!

I have a friend who lives in Oregon, who is currently staying with my other friend, so they both came to visit. While they were here, I had Mihika out, and this friend started to ask me very ,very specific questions; "How much are they?" "How do you get one?", and finally "Can you send me a link to the website?"...! She seemed really interested, (and she was serious about it, seeing as she asked for the link after she thought about the price...>.>), so I gave her a Hujoo (that Hujoo was technically the first doll I bought, and then we never bonded). She seems to really love her. :D
I feel good.

Seriously giving a friend a Hujoo is only kind of really dangerous. >.>

I've been looking in to selling some of my Barbie collector's things. Turns out there's quite a bit of money to be made from mint in box Holiday Barbies. This pleases me. :3 Saving up for my Miriam might not be as hard as I thought.

Yaaaaayyyyy!! I just finished my sister's birthday gift outfits!! I decided to make her a Leiji 70cm & Ryoko 60cm set of BJD (from La Corda 3) this year..... And the Parabox preorder from JS arrived to Emory-san JUST in time! So many rejoices today!!!!!

Leiji will be a RS 70cm boy body with Parabox anime head; Ryoko will be an AoD 60cm girl body with Parabox anime head......

I finished their outfits today.....now, just to get those Parabox heads to do the faceups!!!!!! ^.~ I'll definitely be tracking the UPS site every day!!! :laughs:

I should have plenty of time for just 2 faceups and 2 wig stylings, as her birthday is Aug 17.

I just fixed my computer all by myself!
...Okay, I just knocked it over in the same manner it was knocked over when it stopped working, but hey, a fix is a fix. I think I'll go into the computer repair business!

Oh man just imagine it now! You'd never have to charge for parts. Just for you to knock it over.

Yay for small miracles in that my BF's best friend found a shop in IN that had the part and paid for it to be overnighted to where we live. Which then was delivered shortly before 5 pm. And that same best friend then spent the last 5 hours with my BF installing it... and we now have AC again! (sadly for the cost of about $500, still cheaper than a new unit.) >.<

I was really hoping that would be the case.

You might ask the expert what part is going to go out NEXT, find out if the same shop has it and buy it and keep it on hand.

BF is actually in discussion now about a long term plan, aka we just save up and buy a new AC or we just use that money for part of a down payment on an actual house.
