I went to Wal-Mart yesterday and noticed that all the Liv stuff had been moved to the clearance section. They don't have a spot for Liv at all, which is weird, because I've seen new stuff at Target and online at ToysRUs. Would Wal-Mart just drop a whole line like that?

Yup, if they don't feel it's cost effective. They used to carry 21st Century/Ultimate Soldier 1/6 scale weapons they used to have off brand doll clothes. Haven't seen any Wal Mart exclusive Liv stuff but plenty for the other two.

I thought it was only my WalMarts like that. The only area I saw Liv dolls are now in the clearance. Target still has plenty of Liv dolls but no other stores. The Toys R Us near me used to have them but now it's a combination of baby and toy story. It's mainly baby things though. Totally sucks. I hope we can see more Livs in the future.

I didn't really want to start a new thread for this..but didn't really know where to put it, but can female obitsus wear strawberry shortcake shoes? I was looking at them online, and they are chunky and fat, but they have a ridge in them so the feet can fit in them correctly. I just don't know how big they are. Vintage or new shoes, doesn't matter. And with or with out socks, in case they are too fat?

Ended up answering my own question, found some SSC shoes the other day (but no dollies ;______;), and they are long enough and they can wear them with socks. These are the older ones, from the 80s. The more open shoes are going to be harder to keep on the feet. They'll stay on, but I don't think they would if the doll were to be carried around or something.

This was done to my Barbie doll Jess- she wears open shoes and they used a clear rubber band wrapped around her feet and shoe to keep it on. I thought that was pretty clever.
