So...I've finally done it. I got a teaching job!!! I'm working at a pretty good school as a 10th grade Lit teacher. I start monday!!! First paycheck goes to the dolly fund, because I deserve it!!

Pictures of my Phantom of the Paradise will be going up on the Swan Archives site http://www.swanarchives.org/ They weren't able to open theirs, being collectors, so they're jazzed at the pics I've posted of mine. Am I the only person in the universe who's played with theirs?

Tomorrow I'll be flying to Berlin for a few days, can't wait ^^. We didn't have the money to go on a holiday last Summer, so I'm really looking forward to our little city trip ^^. Never been to Berlin, but people have told me all kinds of good stuff. Can't wait ^^

I may not have had the will or energy to do much with my dolls recently, but I finally found the wig I want for Dove in the right size and color, in stock! I placed the order last night, so hopefully she'll have good-looking hair soon! And then pictures of her will actually be worth taking because I won't be trying to corral a crazy puffy flyaway balding on top mohair wig. I <3 Monique Gold.

Also I have dark chocolate cocoa with peppermint. Yum.

Thanks to SetsunaKou's great tips Riven's gonna get a Monque Gold Roxie wig in Burgundy. My little baby is gonna be finished soon. I'm happy!

:hugs: YAY! Glad I could help a bit! When I read your post about wanting a wine colored wig---I immediately thought of Roxie in burgundy (wine)! They are GORGEOUS and SUPER SUPER Soft!! Once you get a Monique Gold wig, you won't want any other type/brand!!! :laughs:

We own 3 Roxie wigs ourselves --- in Burgundy, Foxy Red and Nearly Black, and LOVE them all to bits, practically best of all our wigs since they're so gorgeous on a doll! They're such a flexible wig! Great for boys!!! (All 3 of them are for our boys!)

Marcia-san is really fast, too!!! She ships within a day or two!!! ^.~ I always buy my Monique wigs from her as her prices are very reasonable and shipping is inexpensive and fast! ^^
