Well, it's getting bitterly cold so it's time to bring out the cloaks, furs and furry boots. Let's show them Autumn





Time to get inside and dress the tree ready for christmas.

I looove Autumn's furry boots!! Did you make them?

Yes They used to be a scarf. It's the same fabric as her caplet .

Gosh I love them. Were they hard to make? I need something like that for my girls!! I have an old white fake-fur coat to cut up but I think it's hard to get the boot shape...

I just made them like socks. If you slip them over some shoes they fit really well.

Hmm, I'd rather not pull them over a pair of shoes, I'd rather they'd work as shoes themselves. Perhaps if I create them as socks and put a foam 'sole' underneath..? Ooooh I found me something to try and do this weekend ^^

Could you possibly post a closeup of the furry boots? ^^

That should work as long as the foam is sturdy enough ^_^
Will do tomorrow. The light's so bad in here that all you'd see was a shadowy blur that's sort of boot shaped XD
