So.. last week someone broke into all the cars on our block that weren't locked, my BF caught the 13 year old punk in the act and chased him down the street till the cops came. ugh this is creepy, our neighborhood is supposed to be a good neighborhood too. Crazy thing was he said,"what are you doing" and the kid replied,"gettin' into this car". My 6'+ tall bf then stood up and said.. "that's my car", that's when the kid ran off.... Here is the super suck: Last night they went back and actually tried to take a crowbar to his car, and now their are big scratches and his door is dented. :(

WTF!!!! I hate people. :(

We did know what he looked like, but you'd be surprised how many kids look like a short mostly bald kid in a red hoodie. And he was also calling the cops while chasing the kid, they got there as the kid ran off of course.

It seems that you know who the kid is, so can't the cops nab him? sucks about his car.

I'm feeling really crappy I'm just dragging myself around today. Can't get anything done. I've had this never ending gripe for months now. Nothing the doctor has thrown at it has worked and it's not just allergies because they have me on major meds for that and it's not done a thing to help. I'm wheezy, runny nose, sneezing again today. My chest hurts and my ears are irritated. They tell me this is just a severe upper resp thing but I'm beginning to wonder if I caught a slow killing plague back in March. 8 months now I've been feeling like I have the worst head cold in history. I have all these dolls dressed up for a holiday party and I have yet to even put their little tree up.

So sorry you are feeling like this. It can't just be an upper respiratory thing that goes on for eight months, surely. Have they tested for allergies with all the little needle thingies? How about asthma? If your chest hurts, you're wheezy and exhausted, it might be that plus other allergies.
I developed asthma in wonderful NYC, and I saw several doctors until one finally diagnosed it correctly. Maybe it's time for another opinion.

I've been that route. Tests and more tests, and more than one doctor. I do have allergies too but that's pretty much under control. I take a 24 hour med year round that tend to knock that down to near gone levels. It is just an evil upper resp infection. The tail end of one anyhow. I caught it from some woman on a plane back in March who was stupidly flying deathly ill it seemed and I've been sick ever since. The problem is I have an underlying chronic health thing (and yes asthma) so when I get sick it just stays for months then develops into a lingering bronchitis. I don't just get a cold and get over it. I get sick for months. My ears and my chest will get involved. I went the other day. The doc says I'm dealing with the bronchitis thing again. He's watching me trying to make sure that I don't get pneumonia.

This is pretty routine stuff for me, has been since I was a kid, shrug. Fortunately my immune system is generally good and I don't get sick very often. It's just that when I do get sick, I get SICK, and I stay that way for a long, long time. I think the asthma et all just complicates things somehow and I don't bounce back as fast as some people do. But this is not the month for it. I have mucho Christmas stuff to do and I just don't care, you know? If I even get a tree up this year it will be a superhuman effort, lol.

Have you been taking the same medication steadily since you got sick? Some times your body will react to long term medication out of nowhere, talk to your doctor about that. It might be a cleaning product or perfume or something in your house, maybe have your heating/cooling system cleaned? Animal droppings, pets or pigeons, could carry nasty stuff too.

It could be a food or food additive allergy. The easiest way to see is take a vacation and consciously not eat peanuts or lactose or citrus for a week or two and see how you feel.
