I sincerely apologize to the two people who actually look at my website, I have no real excuses aside from the fact I just don't give a crap. I'm chalking up 2011 as the year everything went to hell and plan to start 2012 anew with the dolls. I wish I knew where I wanted to take the site as I'm no longer happy with any of it, maybe I'm not happy with me, except for the Puppet Up page, it knows why.

Trying to figure out where to go next with it, brb.

Every time I go into a store store I head straight for the doll aisle first and see if there's anything I could use. I've had no luck as I refuse to buy anything I can't use or doesn't appeal to me. >_<

I'm in a similar boat. My blogging is scattered and unfocused, my participation at various hobby-related boards has gone down considerably in the last year or two. It seems difficult to focus on even the most minor projects and looking back on old message board posts and archived blog posts, this isn't really a new trend. I'm not really happy with any hobby and online projects I've done (also true "IRL") in recent years and maybe I'm not happy with me. And yeah, of course things are moving in a vastly different direction for me now but that sense of ennui was there before pending parenthood came up.

Next year has to be better. I'm going on a Java hunt for a few codes I want, gonna try to figure out exactly how I want the pictures to look, and reexamine the whole thing and which dolls I want to keep. Other people are getting on the comparison boat too so I don't have to worry about that so much.

None of it can compare with parenthood, I've made the decision I'm not parent material, but you'll make it through. But you aren't the only dad who plays with toys http://www.sesamestreet.org/parents/blog

Put me in a room with some fabric and shiney things, and a few dolls and this happens: thread everywhere, scrap fabric is also EVERYWHERE, ribbon is a haphazard mess, dolls are naked, the shiney things are wrapped around dolls, and then some feathers came out of no where.

So, except for a face-up, Tallulah is like...done. Wow. Didn't expect that.

I got to feel like a 5 year old for a bit today, when I thought, yay my boobs came in today! I got Miku a large bust and will be hopefully posting photos in the next day or so, I just don't have any good outfits to show them off in apparently... I also got around to ordering that Obitsu neck piece for her as well as a pair of more green Miku-like eyes yesterday, the transformation will be complete soon!

Congratz, Almy! Did you get animetic eyes or just Miku shade realistic eyes? Can't wait to see how a realistic-ish Miku would look like :)

("Miku" just became an adjective XD)
The ever growing wishlist: Hujoo Dana, Obitsu 40, and an army of other Obitsus with anime style heads.
The more expensive end of my wishtlist: Limhwa Half Elf and Elfdoll Soah, my dream dolls.

What's sad is that as shitty as they are I'm still jealous of my friends who work there because they get a thirty minute lunchbreak AND a 15 minute break if their shift is at least 6 or 7 hours (more and longer breaks for longer shifts). Us Kroger slaves get one 15 minute break unless we work 7 or more hours, then we get one 30 minute break. Of course whoever does scheduling LOVES to give out 6 1/2 hour shifts, which is some annoying bullshit since I'm usually starving by breaktime and 15 minutes is not enough to run and get food and eat it (I pretty much have to inhale it).

Baggers get nothing in the way of benefits either. No health care, no holiday pay (I worked Thanksgiving and the only reason I didn't have a nasty meltdown from all the noise and crowds was because I went and did some things to my arm I'm not exactly proud of and just got my usual minimum wage for it), nothing. The excuse for the reason we get no health care is because "we can take tips". WHAT TIPS, BITCH? Who the fuck tips baggers? I'm lucky if i get a buck 50 every three months from someone whom I love forever at the moment. Lemme tell ya that TOTALLY is enough to pay for health care and shit.

I bought a pair of the Hujoo eyes in green, I feel like they totally work with this head. Too bad the wig I have looks awful in pigtails and I'll have to find another one. >.<;
