You've got me wondering if Target has any cute socks now. I do like that sweater and I've seen the tutorial for sock sweaters. I'm thinking hard about taking a trip over there tomorrow. I can't really afford to. But maybe I will go over and spend $5 and make a couple. Those are too cute, and you're really making me want one, sigh...

Check their dollar spot, the one near my house had several types, hello kitty, some Disney, Christmas, and I think maybe even some transformers socks. :D
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.

Nice job on both, but that froggy is eceptionally adorable!

Sewing machines are great, but I love the feel of hand stitching myself. There are lots of books & magazines at your local library about sewing that can help you and probably videos on the net altho I've never bothered to look myself. I was lucky to have grown up with a mom who sewed well and learned a lot from watching her altho the only real instruction I had was in "Home Ec" class in Jr. High. It's come in handy since I always seem to be between sizes and have to tailor a lot for myself.
Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.
