Gah, I think I caught Pullip fever. Suddenly Pullip Mami is up their on my wishlist with Luka. I normally don't like those sweet, elegant downturned eyes type of characters but at the same time, she has a BFG, drill curls and a cool hat so that makes her really awsome. Mami <3
Speaking of magical girls...there's a plot bunny hopping around with a giant flag that says "MAKE AN UBER CRAZY DECONSTRUCTIVE MIND SCREW MAGICAL GIRL VISUAL NOVEL. DO IT."

My three year old niece saw this group the other night. She pointed to the Obitsu and said, "she's a bad dolly." She didn't say why. The only thing I can think of is the tiger eye beads in her eyes make it look like she is looking around.

She also saw my huge jar of shells and said it was scary. We went though all the shells together and she handled every single one of them. I don't think she's afraid of them anymore.


I took this earlier in the week when we had some snow flurries. I couldn't help but think how different her day would've been if my coworkers hadn't rescued her this summer.

Contacted Tonner asking if they'd reproduce the Beauty and the Beast Belle doll since my husband is getting nasty with me as I found one that's just as nice, but not as great, that I *could* settle with on eBay. I really have no hope for a reproduction and I've been itching for years to have a really nice Belle doll, but I asked the company anyway just to tell him I did.

This is only coming up now because my birthday is next month and my mom, after hearing me gush over her, offered to help pay for one as a gift.

I'm pretty sad that there's no one out there selling her. It's like she's being horded. :/

Thanks, but I'm trying the search tool and it's not yeilding me anything. Hmm, I'm still trying but wow are all my hopes plummeting.

It's worse cause I found Disney Limited Edition Belle and she's very pretty- if a bit different than Tonner's spot on Belle- and like, my family is all NOPE THE TONNER ONE. Whereas I'm trying to figure out exactly how they expect to find it.
*headdesk* Ug, I don't know. I'm probably just going to forget about it for now. Keep searching but foget it as a birthday gift.

I hope you somehow find your Belle but if your family keeps insisting try explaining that it's no longer made and not being sold.

As for me I decided to sell one of my old dolls after finding out she's worth something (and nearly completely stock) So I decided to buy myself an Obitsu 11 cm...Just waiting for Jspot to re-stock the white skin bodies..
