...So I won $40 on a scratch-off lotto ticket when we were having lunch with my grandma and I decided to spend half of it on that Monster High set with the pieces for the werewolf and dragon girls, but when we were at Target they were right next to Toralei the werecat.
So, I have a brand shiny new Toralei. XD
Also I brought Dove with me to the antique place where I get most of my doll furniture to show the owner and she was a hit, both with the owner and with her little granddaughter. Granddaughter is tiny and waved bye-bye to Dove as I was putting her back in the bag. XD It was very cute.

Huzzah for ViVi and French visitations! We require many pix of your trip. (I wanna see you in a beret. Dare ya.)
Poor Cherry's foot cracked (one too many Barbie shoes forced onto her feet, I think--never again), but I managed to fix it with a suitable application of Super Glue. While I was at it, I tried a wild experiment--well, wild for me, anyway. I had a neck piece I cut out of a spare Barbie head to the size of Cherry's neck hole, and I super-glued it into place. And now the Moxie Teenz head sits perfectly on the Liv body--no wobbling, no Short Neck Syndrome!
Oh, and I also made a pink lolita dress for her.
I am so in love with this girl. Two years and counting.

Just saw a trailer for The Secret World of Arrietty and it's CUTE and any day I find out about a new Miyazaki film from Studio Ghibli is a good day. I'm exciteeeed.

CRAP. Not sure if this is worth rejoicing or something else, but... one of my dream dolls, a Souldoll Asen (MSD girl) is offered for sale second hand in a town really close to mine. Waaaaaaaaah I am sooooo tempted but she's expensive... crap crap crap...
