For the things that never make any sense! XD

The place for those OT discussions that you just HAVE to share in a doll themed forum.

I was wondering what the heck was going on, at least my group already had a Facebook page.
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.

Makes me wonder what a one day black out would do to them?

Finally seeing Lon Chaney's Phantom of the Opera, it's a bit slow and drags for modern tastes, and could use some more twirling in the beginning. But damn Lon Chaney, you scary! Discovered those 50 movies for $10 things. 20 cents is still too much to pay for Metropolis. I'm wondering if I should watch that Metropolis or should I wait for the restored/extended/recovered version? Like getting the multi pack of Blade Runner, which version first?

I'd suggest a blackout week, and a notice to their advertisers WHY you are blacking them out.

You'd think it'd be cleaner to keep everything in one thread for each group, not forced to constantly make a new thread for every new meet....huh....

I feel tired but am trying to be productive as I spent two days this week being a bum on the couch. Maybe I can finish the silk flower wings today.

Lon Chaney is awesome! He actually designed the Phantoms make-up himself, he even pinned back his nose to make his nostrils look larger. I admit I love the 2004 version for the music, costumes and dancing. But I love the Lon Chaney version because it is more authentic to the book(at least in the Phantom's appearance), and because the Phantom actually looks scary(I have an action figure of Lon Chaney as the Phantom, it is awesome).

*headdesks* Forget fashionista's...I really need to stay off of the acrylic eyes website. I really want a bigger Obitsu...To be honest I've wanted an SD for awhile but the whole yellowing of Resin worries me that Obitsu seems to be a safer path or Hujoo's..

I wonder how to discreetly set aside money for it...
