Yea the flood did a lot of damage. but we are bouncing back. I'd be willing to offer up my house for a meet up if anyone would be interested in doing a meet up in Wilkes barre.

The hurricane we experienced last year messed up whatever plans were being made :/ hopefully they can re-start it. But as of right now all of this is too far from me to do anytime soon. Foo. I DO want to throw out there that I'm hoping to get to Delaware this summer to go to Dogfish Head Brewery, so, I don't know... maybe we could meet at a bar? lol

There's a NJ meetup in two weeks, if anyone is interested. Its in Mullica Hill at the county library. Not that far from Philly.

NJ is kind of a drive for me, and I'm a big chicken driving far without a navigator, even WITH a GPS. They aren't always reliable, like the time one tried to take us to Lancaster, PA from Baltimore, MD via New York City, NY. ^^;

Unfortunately, my usual traveling friend to these things is laid up after back surgery. She won't be going on any long trips for a good while.

If anyone comes up with a place closer in future dates, though, I'm all over it! I'd love to host a meet myself, but my place is WAY too small for such gatherings. *sighs*

Its on the 11th, at 11am to 4:30 pm. The address is 389 Wolfert Station Road, Mullica Hill, NJ, 08062. Its a big brick building, and we actually have a private meeting room in it.
