I have a few carry bags, but honestly, I never used them that much. I used to use a large suitcase and wrap the dolls in blankets or fabric to take them to meets. I could get most of my collection in there, and the straps used to secure clothes down work just as well for holding dolls down, too. Of course, I've since switched to a sewing machine carrier and a craft cart, which allows me to put the dolls in sitting up. I can get three or four SDs in each one, two sitting on each side, and I put MSDs on top of them. I just make sure hands are secured so no accidents like snapping fingers occur. And I've been considering making little padded "mittens" for their hands, just for extra protection.

My tinies all fit very neatly in a little duffle bag, which sits very neatly on top of the wheeled cart. Much easier to lug all that around to meets and such. :)

I was eyeballing the one trunk carrier from dollmore, which holds 2 SDs or 4 MSDs and has wheels and such. But the carrier is $70, and the shipping is $70, and $140 for a single bag is just ridiculous. My wheeled carts were the next best idea.

Hazel has a Hello Kitty Yoga bag, and I can fit an amazing number of dolls in it - padded with fleece doll blankets of course. Otherwise, K2! has a modified heavyweight tool box! That is an amazing case!

I never use carrying bags. The two resins came with padded slips and I just shove them in those and pack them in whatever I'm taking with me. If they're just going out to play I don't pack them at all.

Thank you. :D I got it from a second hand store that I go to often. It was $10, but the owner gave it to me for $5! Best purchase ever. x3

I got an SD size Dollmore bag for my Obi50. Mainly I put her in her plastic wrap and strap her in. There's enough space for 4 or more 1/6ers to travel with her as well her base and a box of parts and my Digital camera.

Its pretty much ok when there are dolls in it but it can be troublesome for me to lug it around when I have doll and camera in hand, half empty bag on my back and a satchel of my things hanging by my side(I should have dumped said satchel in half empty bag but never thought of that :P )

I had pretty much gone back to using a large shoe bag to house said Obi50 (fetal position) and 1/6ers. Said shoe bag is looped to my backpack like a side pack and can hang free if I need to use both hands for other stuff.

Oh and I gotta find me one of those sewing machine carrier bag or save up for the sitting Dollmore one

I prefer the protection of a hard shell case, over a soft bag that can be susceptible to impact. I modified an unused tool box, the Contico 26” structural foam flat roof tool box (http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/sto ... reNum=1950). The case is strong, lightweight, and water-resistant. The closure is solid but doesn’t have a weather proof seal like a Pelican case so no underwater duty.

The modifications to the box include trimming down the tray stops ½” on the interior sides so the top tray would fit lower in the box, creating more height clearance in the top tray. Removing the handle and dividers in the top tray so it could accommodate two dolls and adding two handles to the top tray made from square u-bolts. Custom sized quilted blankets were sewn to provide padding for the occupants.
The bottom section interior dimension is just over 25” long, while the dimension between the u-bolt handles in the top tray is 23 ½”.

Oh I LIKE that toolbox idea. Walmart usually has toolboxes for $5-$10 that would work quite well. I think I've even seen some smaller boxes at the dollar store once or twice.
