I don't collect/paint the SD GUNDAMs, but the 1/144 and 1/100 scale I have. I currently have a 1/100 Deathscythe Hell Custom sitting on my desk here at school. ^___^ I have a 1/60 red Zaku I haven't gotten to yet... and other in various stages of unfinishedness. Maybe when my current sewing project (costumes for the cast of Mulan) is done and the dollieh wedding clothes are finished I should drag out my unfinished models...

Those are adorable! I have a bunch of Gundam Wing models, but those are really the only gundams I collect.

Which means you fit in here just fine. ^___^ I've always preferred action anime/movies over sappy romance. Give me a good GUNDAM show over teenage drama any day, I get enough of the latter from my students. ^_~

That is really some amazing paint work -- and on such cute Gundams! I'm not familiar with SBBW Gundam, but they're super pretty!

And Gundam is for anyone who likes watching people get slapped! ...Actually, a good chunk of time is devoted to slapping in Gundam (the older the Gundam, the higher the rate of slaps per minute), and it's like my favorite part of the series (besides Char's Red Zaku and Nina's possessiveness).

Ahhhheemmm. I'm sorry if that nerdiness scared anyone -- but I'm a girl, too, and I looove Gundam. I'm actually planning on pulling out my old model kits (I have a few GWing 1/44s and an SD Zeta Gundam) and painting them horrendous shades of pink and bling them out with lace and rhinestones and perhaps some cute cabochons. ...I mean, if you can have a Gundam that's really a windmill...
