That'd be some cool stuff. ;) Make sure you use shimmer powder instead of glitter. Glitter on face-ups looks terrible. lol

I'd think if it was something like the Disco reroot I did a hint of glitter in her eyeshadow could work. I've seen pictures of a Lagoona done mostly with gems on her head and some sparkle on the face could work.

Either way can't wait to see the finished Monster.

first thing first, I should decide on what monster to start off with. I'm thinking one of the create a monsters because they aren't rooted, so I can just attach the feather wig straight to the head...

So I finally got some Acetone and started on my two CAM heads. Well, the first one, the dragon head, turned out alright but it was tough. There's still some staining around her eyes which I'm trying to treat with benzoyl peroxide cream and it's working but very slowly. So then I started on the werewolf head and well...disaster. First off, the acetone really just smudges the paint around (I think winsor and newton is what I'm gonna try next) and then I learned the hard way that if a tiny smudged clump ends up on your finger, it will suddenly spread around to the entire face. Her lips were a nice bright raspberry color and now she has these little smudges all over her face that seem to be instant stains. I'm feeling a little discouraged at this point, it looks so easy according to everyone else's custom pictures. I'm not going to give up though!
I have a dolly blog!

Try rinsing off your werewolf head and using a Mr. Clean magic eraser on her.

It just takes a bit of practice with the acetone but you'll get it. Try again on the smudges with the cotton off the q-tip and scraping with your fingernail. Maybe use a pinching motion as you scrape to get the pigment off. In the early parts with lots of paint you need to switch out the q-tip too.

If the Windsor and Newton works let us know.
