I used some fabri-tac glue around the wrist posts and though it did the trick. The hands still swivel but if you pull her elbow will come apart before her hand comes off. My four year old is relatively good with her dolls though they all seem to like to end up naked. With this one she is so afraid to lose her hand again she has decided to leave her dressed. I do think most six year olds would destroy a doll like this in no time. If they just beef up the joints a bit they would fair much better.

I am still on the fence about keeping Frankie Stein or returning her so for now she sits in her box to be admired.

Instead of returning her someone here might buy here if you offer her at a fair price.

I stopped by the Mattel store and they have no signs of them. Did see some Mod inspired Black Label gals with hinged knees and wrists (with old Twist and Turn faces actually quite cute) and a $50 "designer" couch.

That's a good idea. I know a lot of stores don't have em yet. I got mine at the Walmart closest to me but my Mom works the toy dept in the Walmart in the next town over and they don't have them. Should I decide to part with her I will offer her here first.

Just wanted to let everyone know that these girls fit very well in Bratz clothes. Pants are a little short but skirts and tops should work fine. My daughter borrowed Kina's pink jumpsuit for Draculaura and it looks so cute on her even if the pant legs are a bit short. Will try and get a photo of he in it later.

Saw them at my local Toys R Us, pondered getting a Freaky Frieda, counted how many elbows and wrists were popping out in the boxes, put her back. Didn't buy any don't plan to. $20 for the girls, $34 for the boy and girl, there were some odds and ends but no doll products.

If you have or have seen a Volks EB C or EB N boy that's the closest I can compare these too. They are impossibly skinny and fragile looking, nothing will fit any other dolls, even the C or N. I can see where some Bratz stuff could fit them. Definitely wouldn't give them to kid who plans to play with them because I can see them literally falling to pieces. I wish they were more along the lines of the MyScene or other Mattel products.

LOl yup they do. At least my daughters does and I know some other people were having problems but others are not. I belong to several doll forums and there are mixed reviews of them. I ended up selling the second doll I bought becuse I was unhappy with how they are made. Sad as they are super cute. My DD still has her Draculaura but we have to handle her super gentle for fear of losong pieces.
