I lol that instead of going to watch Hunger Games the movie I reserved the book from my local library(its coming in tomorrow). The last time I ever read a book that was translated into a movie was the Bourne series. The books were a good read although the movie had Matt Damon parkouring about

Why are we having such a hard time with this house hunting thing?! The first house we really liked went under contract literally 2 hours before we were about to make an offer, and now . . . The house we placed an offer on Saturday has FOUR offers on it after having no offers in the past six months!!!!! ARGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!

The good news is that one of the offers has a deadline that ends today so hopefully we'll know something by this evening . . . . .

lol but I kinda wish what is happening to you happened to us, so we had extra time to evaluate if we even wanted a house. Husband's family was putting all kinds of pressure on us to get a house so we bought into that whole "American dream" trope... LIES. Would've been happier in an apartment.

I must really love my twin... for our 21st birthday, I'm getting her a $248 without shipping BJD. And she has no job so I am getting squat. I guess that's what unconditional love is!

I have just discovered the term for that interesting color effect in pictures where the colors aren't quite "right" and I will now be trying to recreate it in photoshop because I haven't had access to dark rooms since I was in 10th grade. Cross processing.

Though I will say, for some reason, it struck me as absurdly amusing that people with cameras that cost upwards of three grand are trying to create "lomography" pictures with software that also costs in the quadruple digits at times. (ie: adobe creative suit) Seems a bit bass ackwards to me, though fun none the less.
