Resinsoul Lu fits Mel Odom "Gene" clothes!!!!!

OMG!! My Resinsoul Lu actually fits my Gene outfits! They are even a little large on her! This is so exciting, and since I know I can get the body separate, that makes me think of putting a Gene head on a Resinsoul 40cm body! HAPPY DAY!!

Lyre is wearing "Which Witch". Of course the gloves, shoes, and stockings didn't fit, but everything else did! I made her the new pair of stockings and since I didn't like the collar/choker I added ribbons to the cape to keep it on.

That's cool - I wonder if Mei has the same body. I have a book full of patterns for Gene that I got at a used bookstore but I haven't tried to mod them for any of my girls yet

She is pretty close to Mei, but with a smaller head. Lyre is a blue doll.

my daughter wants to get a jun in the sky blue for a future doll purchase.

This is good news. I'd been considering buying "Gene" and possibly some Tonner stuff. The Lu/Lan/Mei body is adorably petite but it makes it hard to find premade clothes. I've even found that some Ken shirts fit my Lan and my Mei.

Gulp - I just bout my Mei, Lorilei, an outfit at the past weekend's meet-up without having her here to try it on. I'm hoping it fits, but I'll have to wait until she returns from her spa vacation to find out! LOL!
