Me too, she was one of my music idols when I was younger. She had the most amazing voice, I would love to have her vocal range. And she has such a wonderful, gentle smile that always seems genuinely kind and sincere.

I think I need to have a Julie Andrews marathon now.

I agree about Julie Andrews. In fact, I think she is more beautiful older.

Today I made cookies...then I ate cookies. I think I must have had enough to mess with my blood sugar levels, because now I feel both sick and kind of weepy. Why did I think eating that many cookies would be a good idea? And really, why do delicious things end up making you feel horrible later? That's not fair.

For something very vague: (whilst on my weepy cookie crash) I'm reconsidering things that I don't want to reconsider. I'm seeing things in a light that I don't want to see them in. While they are not big things, in the grand scheme of life, they are still things that I do not want to think about as I do not feel like changing those things.

I would have another cookie at this point if I didn't think it would make me throw up.

Oh quidam...I do that often. I feel your pain.

If this weather keeps up, I might actually get those pictures of my dolls in snow that I've been meaning to do for like a year now. Two days ago it was 70. Today, we're under a winter weather advisory. It's a good thing I never finished putting away my winter sweaters.

I decided to do two cosplays for the Fall that require skin-tight bodysuits and looking good in a tank top. You know you're a geek when your only motivation to get in shape is for a cosplay.

Doing Hetalia's Germany and LoZ's Ghirahim. Oh yes. I've got a long way to go.

How? There's nail polish that glows in the dark? Sounds like an essential doll tool.

When I was out with the little girl I mentor last weekend I tried to talk her into getting the glow in the dark polish. But no...she won't be talked into glow in the dark, she won't be talked into glitter, she won't be talked into little mustache stickers for her nails.

Can't she see that she'd be the most stylin' 9 year old ever with glow in the dark glitter nails with mustaches on her fingers????

Some kids have no taste.

hahaha... when I was a kid I wouldn't wear anything that had anything printed on it. I was so obsessed with being made fun of, I only wore plain t-shirts and jeans with nothing stitched on them. Once on a camping trip I cried until my Mom cut the Sesame Street badges from my jeans because I was afraid the Cauthran boys would make fun of me. I mean, I was only four, but still. I look back now and think Bert and Ernie, yeah!
