Daphne and Lain

I've had this little vignette set up on my bookshelf for the last couple of weeks and decided to take a photo of it. I'm practicing taking photos in less than ideal environments, so this is sort of a "best of a bad lot". I wasn't really thinking about having Susanna Oroyan's doll making series showing in the background between them but I thought it worked out well.

Thanks May! I was disappointed with the depth of field in this shot but I'll press on. The "macro" setting on my camera isn't quite the "magic button" for close up work that it is on some other models, so I'm trying to learn to compensate for that.
