I suppose it's a sign I'll be making more Ice Princesses this year when the last Lagoona in the zip code is waiting for me. Gonna do the "mane six" as I put white hair next to Cleo and Clawdeen and they didn't look all that bad. It's the hair that's gonna get me.

What color streaks are you going to give them? Pastel rainbow?

Alright...I love how the CAM packs are going to get two torso's now. I've been holding out since they came out because I know when I get attatched to a doll it's rarely that, that doll ever gets messed with....And it'd be a pain in the ass (excuse my languege) to keep having to buy more packs or bodies on ebay....Least Mattel now realizes we'll either make our own or repaint existing ones instead of buying more packs....They get more money and we get to have completed dolliehs.

Not completely fond of the witch though. (Stereotype again...)

I do like the fact we're getting guys....And two torsos with said guys parts...My boys were being overrun by the girls.

(I don't think Kaname minds much and Len just wants Rin to join him...Eventually but Riven? More boys the better for him...)

I'm torn between two directions, the Ice Princess look with hair that matches their skin tone with white. I did three girls like that last year and they looked beautiful and sold fast. This time they'll have eyebrows and I'm not striping Lagoona's hands. The slight drawback the hair is going to be about $13 a head to buy to get the colors.


Or I'm going to see if I can get big old bags of the white curls I used on my half and half Jackson and some non skin tone matching colors from elsewhere and go a different direction. If I go white curls I'm keeping the Ghoulia because I'm still ordering red hair for one gal and would want silver and white for the other. I'm kind of leaving it up to fate because I said if I found a Lagoona I'd do the Ice Princesses anyway.

if we hadn't tapped ourselves out for money from buying the new car, I could've grabbed on of these. :/ Oh well, it's not like it's going to suddenly disappear. This toy line is too hot for Mattel to drop. though I'm concerend about those glue reports I've heard.

Okay, my dragon's wings are not really going in all the way. I mean, they are in, but they will pop out easy. Anyone else with the dragon have this problem? Should I shave off some of the soft plastic from the wing to fit better?

My dragons wings won't really stay in either. I was surprised that Rochelle's did. I don't know how to fix it, sorry. ;(

I saw the new packs today: two witch sets, one sea monster set (w/ two torsos), and one Gargoyle guy set. I guess that is a case? Maybe? I almost bought the guy set, but I want to pay off my dollzone layaway. >___>

My husband went to target, thought of me, and checked the toy aisle. He is willingly buying me a four pack of the Gloom Beach girls.

hurm, well, if you want the wings to never come out, you could zap-a-gap/ krazyglue them. but if you did want them to come out, they make magnets in as small as 1/16"x1/32". should fit one into the post hole, then just glue the other to the wingpost.

I have officially been "ghouled"~ Friday evening my sister and I bought our first Monster High girls! There were only 4 on the shelf: 2 Dead Tired Dracularas, 1 Dead Tired Ghoulia, and 1 Skull Shores Draculara. After some close decision making, I went with the Skull Shores Draculara and my sis with the Dead Tired Ghoulia. We've been fawning over them ever since. ^_^ Really, I usually only get this excited over my resin kids!

I was kinda happy to note that my Draculara had some errors with one of her eyes... it'll make it that much easier for me to bite the bullet and do my own repaint of her~!
