On another side I learned how to hid comments on Deviant Art lest my use of proper capitalization, grammar, and relatively good spelling confuse her even farther.

Search for a DVD hack code, it will tell you how to unlock your DVD player with a few button presses on your remote so it can play any region from any where. Just do it to an older machine not a brand new under warranty one.

I found it silly that we couldn't get the Paul McGann Doctor Who movie here, for a long while, or The Who's Tommy with Ken Russel's commentary. I've also been able to watch the DVDs that come with tea ceremony books.

ooh thanks - may just do that! Not entirely sure if blu-ray machines have similar codes but it's worth a shot! (Grumble at living in student accomodation... The TV room is practically a nuclear bunker, in the basement with no access to the outside world... And it always smells ...weird, unpleasantly so)

Love Addams Family, there are so many naughty references that went straight over my head as a kid! There's a friend of mine who has managed to go through 2 decades of life without seeing most of the cultural references that occurred, so it's a semi-mission to show him them! So far he's been shown all of Star Wars, MIB, The Princess Bride, The Matrix films, Doctor Who, Bridget Jones, Tarantino... The list goes on!

watched Toonami the other night! saw the 2 new shows Deadman Wonderland and Casshern Sins. AMAZING! surprised the crap out of me since the new anime shows lately on adultswim are pretty lame (except Durarara and Death Note) Its pretty interesting ^-^
