I want to offer congratulations all around to those that have Rejoice moments recently. I also want to add my own hopeful rejoice, in that I might be getting my second promotion at work soon. It will mean an extra $2 an hour. The posting closed yesterday, and the manager was talking about the position like it was already mine. So are the current employees, for that matter. I'm waiting with baited breath. I've already been doing the job, since the second week of my arrival, as the former Senior Supervisor resigned, and proven that I'm an invaluable member of the management team.

It's unofficially official. I just need to turn in an updated resume to keep on file, and the manager has to interview the last of the candidates, but she said that she's putting up the posting to fill my current position as soon as the paperwork is finalized, and I've been moved up in the ranks.

and my rejoice...HE'S HERE MY PIXIU IS HERE FINALLY OMG. He actually arived a little over three hours ago but I barely had time to get the box open and look at him let alone do anything else. He's so stinkin adorable though, and the beads I got for his eyes fit perfectly and look really cool. He's in desperate need of some hot glue (and new elastic but I haven't got any that would fit him atm), but I think that should wait until I have a chance to take him apart, spray him down and blush him all over. If I can wait that long, his joints are really slippy, especially in the hips and shoulders. Figures I wait since January and he arrives on a weekend where I have absolutely no time...oh well, at least having short hours at work next week should give me plenty of time to mess with him and get him right.

Apartment is all packed up except for the stuff we'll come back for as we clean it! We sleep on a mattress on the floor tonight - woohoo! Tomorrow morning the movers arrive and we'll be officially in our new home! YAY!

Oh, and internet was up and running today .... Comcast messed up our TV order and installed only 1 instead of 3, but we haz internet!

Haruka's brand new wig came in this morning! I ranted before about how I was never ordering from Mimiwoo again due to the wait....The wait was worth it! It looks perfect, it doesn't need to be styled and it sits on her head TIGHTLY! I actually had a hard time getting it OFF then getting it on! I got her and Haruhi sitting together in their matching witches outfits...I am SO finishing the beading on her A-line dress and taking photographs.

Amazing what a wig can do to change how a doll looks...I never pictured Haruka with a long wig but now? Can't Un-see it! It's perfect! I'm so effing happy!
