Haha! It's quite alright, it's funny that there's two Elisabeth's that live in Minnesota and both are talking about Gerald. :D

Update! No pictures though :(

Gerlad and I have been hard at work making the silicone molds. Today he let me pour the first half of each of the two two-part molds. Once the silicone sets, he'll call me so he can teach me how to go onward.

I'm so excited! The wings are getting ever closer to being cast in resin!!

The silicone is setting up nicely, and we'll check it in the morning! We hope it will be ready for another pour tomorrow - the mixing cup left-overs are firming up nicely!!

Evelien - Thanks! I cleaned up a pair this morning and tried them out on Diuris. She loves them as much as I do!

Zircon - Thankee! I'm glad you got your pair too now! I really love how they turned out!

Now for some pictures of them on a doll! More specifically a Fairyland LTF Elf Chiwoo.

And a pose just for kicks! I can't wait to paint them all pretty! I want to send a pair to Emory and see what he thinks <3

And now for something special!

I put them on a YoSD, MSD, and SD and made a comparison.

Image
Front view. Not much visible for the SD, but then again I didn't put them very far to the edge the magnets.

Image
Side view. The YoSD is being a rebel.

Image
And back view. They look great on everyone here. Kinda tiny on the SD, but surprisingly pleasing on the MSD.

I can't believe how great these look!! The details on the casts are awesome. Are they your first attempt at casting?
