Yogurt slush would be amazing. Unfortunaly it wasn't really an option. I had to chip away at it until I had enough defrosted for a spoon full and then I would eat that. I think it took like two hours to finish it.

x___x the smoke smell is gone, but i still keep coughing and i still feel like i may puke.... i wonder if i might have just had a bad reaction to a chemical in the smoke.... it didn't bother my bf at all while he was here...

on the plus side auntie agreed to never smoke in the house till i'm back in my house

Well, that's a start ... I hope you get better soon! I know from experience that we get some evil no-name brand cigarettes in Europe and there's definitely something baaad in those.

if having a doll is important right now maybe get one that's cheaper and a similar size so you can make clothes for it, then once they release basic stella hopefully you'd have a job so you'd be able to use some job money to buy her and will already have the clothes you made ready for her.

Yeah, I've been thinking along those lines. But I'm finding it hard to decide on one. Too many beautiful dolls out there.

She bought a whole bunch while in europe, she came back with like 10 packs total. i'm pretty sure i'd die if she smoke all of them in the house over the next few weeks if one cigarette made me this sick D=

I used to live with my grandma when I was young, and she smoked like a train, and still does. Since we moved out 10+years ago, I can't stand being around her. I've become extremely sensitive to smoke. Plus I play flute, so I really try to take care of my lungs. Since we live in the States, I can only imagine how bad some European smokes smell, but I can totally relate, SugarCorpse.

For those of you who don't get it--cause it's only a game and there are a lot of newer, better games out there, right?--imagine this.

Mattel makes a Barbie BJD. All other BJD companies are told to close down. Doesn't matter if you've paid for something that hasn't shipped yet, the shutdown is immediate.

Then a government agent comes to your house and takes all the BJDs you own. You can't hide them, he has a BJD detector. Doesn't matter that these are characters you have shelled and loved for years. Too bad.

Then they tell you to go buy the Barbie BJDs and use those. Because, they're only dolls and the Barbies are newer, better, and shinier.

Sounds like they really cleaned it out :c I never played but you aren't the first one I heard talking about it and being upset.

VV - I didn't play but I think that's a really good analogy. I'm so sorry for you, your characters, and everyone else who loved it.

omg! I can't believe they closed City of Heroes down! I think that's only like the 2nd MMO I've ever heard of actually being closed. Even Ultima Online which is ancient is still up and running. I remember the days when people actually sold houses in-game for as much as $1,100 on ebay.

As much time and money as they force you to spend to get anywhere in those things, it definitely doesn't seem fair to just close it... seems like there ought to be some sort of compensation, like at least being able to transfer characters or wealth in some fashion to another game.

I have forbidden myself from ever playing another MMORPG because I lost 2 years of my life to Ultima Online and a year to Guild Wars and a few months to Dungeons and Dragons Online. I'm way too obsessive to play those things. I live, eat and breathe them when I join one.
