By that I mean having a plan that a doctor or fitness person help you don't stress your body or over do it. Are there people in your neighborhood or at a local park or mall who walk? Maybe your fitness is meant to come along with new friends?
As for the never living up to family member's expectations it sells a lot of Julian Lennon albums... It sounds like they'll never give you what you want. I stopped trying to do things "right" for my smother or doing anything better in her eyes than what my sister does many years ago. I set my own goals for myself, I'm the first in my family that I know of to have a college degree, I have my own business, I make my dolls to my standards alone.
You are never alone in feeling worthless and don't let yourself suffer alone. You were put on this world for a reason and being it's in health care there are people out there who need you and will appreciate you. Don't be blind to the good ones, don't let the bad ones harden your heart.
maybe that is true. but I don't push myself too hard anymore. I love walking at night it's nice and cool. and I walk up and down our hill driveway. I like listening to music when I walk too. I drown out the world and let my imagination run free. oh and I live in a rural area. it's hard to know people, well for me it is because i'm younger and most of the people are older.
thank you for the advice. it helped my psyche.
