What is this paint!?

Hi! I've barely been here a day and I already found a question to ask

The eyeballs themselves appear to be glitter encapsulated in acrylic, and the paint around her eyes could be a mix of a pearl paint like http://www.volksusa.com/matlpa0027.html or a custom blend done by the artist.

If you can find a pearlescent acrylic paint in white it can be mixed with pretty much any other color to create a pearlescent paint.

I think it's this stuff probably with a bit of glitter sealer over it. It's wonderful stuff. It looks like a mix of the copper and a little gold plus some fine grade glitter sealer, though they might have added some powder pearl pigment like from Pearl Ex and then sealed it with gloss sealer. It's fairly translucent like glass paint unless you really layer it on a lot so I'm guessing it's probably good for eyes. Could be metallic glass paint with glitter too, but I think it's more likely the jacquard.
