my first dress for my tong tong arrived today. i tried it out on kimi and it was so cute i didn't want to take it off. it was made by yukijiro from etsy. he included a pair of matching stocking as a free gift. i think i could dress my tong tong in lots of yukijiro outfits. they are just so cute. now to get tong tong home

so i think i've gone and lost my mind. i watch these gypsy shows on tv that show all these amazing dresses. the dresses are mostly made by a woman named sondra celli. so i got it in my crazy head that i was going to email her about doing a dress for my loralei. i never in my life figured i'd even get a response. well i got a response and she has made doll dresses in the past, but requested more info on both bjd's and lolita style clothing. so i sent out loralei's measurements, pics of loralei in her favorite dress, and pics of lolita style clothing. now to wait and see what happens.

That's neat - I don't know much about her except peripherally as a dress maker around here but even the gaudy dresses for the gypsy stuff is well made and very intricate.

Ah, that show....brings back memories....lol I watched the entire original series on 4OnDemand when I had the flu a couple years ago. It was interesting and crazy all at the same time.
