I made some of those ruffly scarves, a Sashay color called Waltz, and someone decided she wanted it. Her outfit is from the now defunct Friends 2B Made.

Premier Starabella Birthday Cake color ruffle yarn matches Premier Debora Norville Lilac Ridge color in regular yarn so there might be other matches.

I love this last picture. She looks so cute lying among the wool. I see she matches the colour scheme..... They can be so demanding when they want to be.

She's adorable :-) I keep eyeing that ruffled scarf yarn for my dolls too; it would make a neat skirt.

Definitely, all you'd have to do is gather some on a waist band. It's easy as heck to use.
