Christmas Day in the States! If you watched the 25th Anniversary concert at the O2 at the cinema or on DVD afterwards, just at the beginning/end of the credits (can't remember where) it said something about "Les Miserables, the motion picture, coming December 2012". The little 10 minute video about how they filmed it (with a dude with a piano hiding just off-camera for them to sing with) is actually very interesting.

O-O Here's something I never thought I'd live to see or hear:

My mom in her own words about an SD: I'd love to get my hands on one of those.

I was showing her Kikichan's Sweet Dolls boys on Junky Spot and she loved them.

Welp this helps my cause when I manage to get the money to buy one. (I'm not even gonna try to go after one in the first batch. Too damn broke and saving up still for an MSD) I do want one though. Just in utter love.

I have a feeling it'll be one my mom winds up naming and helping me with when I manage to.

Considering how much planning went into whether or not to buy Elrana (months of hmming and ha-ing) and how little into Garan (impulse splurge...) it's a bit ridiculous how quickly I've already developed Garan's personality... Elrana is still a little blank, but that might be related to the fact that nothing I'd prebought really fits like it should/works... She only really has a wig atm and even that is a bit iffy as to whether it suits... Then again it took a couple of months to work out who Drax should be, so maybe Garan is the outlier here...

We have an addiction to going out an enjoying ourselves. Hubs buys a whole new wardrobe (that was expensive), we've gone out to events and restaurants numerous times, and we like too many expensive things. I used to know what moderation was until I meant my husband whose motto is: "Why would I go out and only enjoy myself at a moderate level? I'm alive now! Weeeeeee!!!" (I may have paraphrased).

They're raising their prices due to exchange rate issues and were kind enough to let their customers know ... so I pounced on an Eva, who will hopefully share bodies with my Elfdoll Yuan floating head ... zomgs dolliehs! Why do I feel I'm losing my authority here?

I'm very tempted to get a copy of Manga Studio, the controls are supposed to be more sensitive then photoshop. the basic version, not the 400$ pro version >.<
