Just to clarify - I guess tights don't count? Cause I found the most wonderful shimmering tights that would make a lovely party dress for Christmas . I understand if tights aren't socky enough though.

Tights - assuming that they go all the way down to the toe - do count! I sort of think of them as fitting in the "stockings" category

They do go all the way down to the toe part, but they're made of a completely different type of fabric than your average socks. If you'll allow them that would be fantastic

Well, I have no idea how much a denier is in relationship to a dollar, but cost of sock/tight etc... is irrelevant. They could have been sitting in your sock drawer for the last 20 years - we don't care

Denier says how thick the tights' fabric is... It has nothing to do with money... lol... I'm gonna feel so stupid if you were pulling my leg.

We use euros in Europe. Not denier XD
