How to a Power Team Elite head off?

I ended up with a twin Power Team Elite World Peace Keeper and would like to use his body for someone else. Are there any tricks to getting his head off without breaking his neck? I don't have any problems using hot water or anything that might hurt his paint.

When I did a search for head removing all I got was the blow dry or hot water too. Someone said be careful with the blow dries 'cause it could discolor the plastic.

I just the hot water method to take their heads off. It work just fine.
