Some yards and fat quarters of the fabric Freaky Frieda's case is made out of in black, purple, and cream! Don't know what all I'm going to make but she'll probably get some clothes out of it. I dunno, got time before it arrives.

"Pocket" books which will eventually end up in the art studio. I went crazy on ebay and took a chance with a guy who hardly had any rating at all but I got four antique books, one of which is a 1925 illustrated Alice in Wonderland! Also, an illustrated Children of the New Forest, with an inscription from 1931. A couple of others...and I'll have some 'new' reading material. Also stopped in at Michael's for more canvas board (5 boards for $6 so I bought two packages)...a silk flower arrangement, a glass pillar and a miniature glass vase. I went crazy shopping.

Found some treasures on ebay... a manga lot and an MH CAM ice girl. ^__^ didn't pay a ridiculously high price for the Monster, either. >_> although my winning bid was $10.01, which must have pissed off the person who put in a $10 bid

He must have spent like $400 on stuff for me to totally organize my space. I was just flabbergasted. I already have 3 Target fold out bookcases that are somewhat like this and my Ikea bed looks like this too. So I am pretty well Ikea-ized in terms of my bedroom and doll display area as it is. I have a few other organizers that I use that are actually closet cubbies but mostly it's all pine furniture and no, I don't mod it, stain or paint it. I actually like it natural.

I just got the most adorable peacock themed storage box and a peacock themed glass end table at Tuesday Morning. I saw the table for $20 and totally fell in love with it. It's very, very Tiffany inspired. Turned the corner and there was the storage box. It looks like a vintage suitcase and also has a peacock coloring and peacock colors all over it. I have a bunch of Tiffany calendar pages that I've been trying to figure out how to use for a while now. I'm thinking I may take me some drywall and make me a room divider screen, decoupage some of those panels onto it to match the little table et all. I love those colors and I have peacock feathers in a jar on a table in my room actually so these things will fit right in. I've been making pillows for my bed and I have some colored silk and a couple of tapestries from India that I want to hang. I'm tired of looking at 4 white walls and stuff all over.

I want a real bedroom even if I am technically sleeping in my own living room. My actual bedroom is my office. It's where I run my photography business from. It's pretty tiny actually. I have a roommate/friend who has the master bedroom. The living room is about as big so I actually sleep in there. It's not a bad area but it's not as well organized as I'd like for the space and it's pretty boring. I've never really decorated it to my liking.

That is about to change....
